Whatever is going on around makes no sense, nothing save for the fact that everything is happening, just happening. Am I making any sense what so ever? Perhaps I am, vividly enough.

There is an air of emptiness around me these days, like something precious missing, maybe I haven’t been spending enough time beneath the open Sky, watching the countless stars (which is quite uncommon in Karachi). I need to spent my time there, talk to them, let some thoughts out into the space, sounds crazy, but that is what I have been so far and this insanity is bound to increase ever more.

It comes to writing now, havent written much either, for a very long time indeed and it is all related, a circle that I am going round and round, I will perhaps take a change, a different path, step out of this orbit I am travelling in and the most frustrating path is that I have no centre to revolve around, momentarily. Quite amusing!

Buying clothes: 1.Do you look at country of manufacture or quality of manufacture? Quality- get it from anywhere if it isnt worth my taste its useless

9.What do you enjoy more.. Staying indoors with friends talking meaningfully or hanging around with friends outdoors? Doesn’t matter where we are or what we discuss- it’s the duty of men to figure out the meaning in everything said or done

10. If all the music artists come to a deliberate agreement to perform their last concert on the same day,whose concert will you attend? I will sleep

life, Life, LIFE

I sometimes sit alone with Life and talk to it; talk about the purpose it tries to tell me; what it needs from me, what it demands and how much is it ready to sacrifice for me and how much does it want me to sacrifice for it. We often get into a fight, before we even begin to exchange words/thoughts etc. Every conversation is a conflict, every conflict a skirmish, every skirmish a battle and Life itself a war.

It seems at times that we two are partners only meant to provide each other with what the other does not have. Life without my material existence is unseen, unthought of and this material existence, a burden, a rotting lump of very finely carved meat without Life. It was at the end of this battle I realize the worth of Life, the reason behind the Creator gifting me this great gift of Life and it is here, at this very point I stand up and embrace Life, knowing that I must accept its demands to live today this moment to embrace eternity a greater form of Life that is pure Victory, all the time, forever.

The victory here is not yet complete as I am involved in things that take me away from “Life” to “life”, I don’t want to, but my material being is subdued to the sense of touch/feel. I need to touch and feel; not with these hands, but with my soul.

Someday I will, someday Life will win from me and then I will walk the path to “LIFE”; not just “life” or “Life”~

Circles drawn
In domes caged
I swing, hanging like a chandelair

Within circles many

The monks and priests
The songs of praise

This life which is so fake

Tired
Burnt
Torched
Alone

Throat slit
Flesh carved
Chopped and hacked life

Blood
Tears
Watery red everywhere
Still alone

Eyes open
Screaming
Smiles heard and dreaming

Dimensions many
In single me
I hold a countless tales
I speak of every lesson taught
But every test I fail

A candle suffices
For darkness complete
At times sunshine
Does not reveal
Some truth found in gloom and sorrow
A lot more in blood and wounds
I am afraid of the dark
And also fear the noon

When it comes to exploring the very existence of ourselves, we end up discovering ourself divided into a countless parts; ”SUB-SELVES” as I usually address them with. We see them all involved in some conflict all the time, raging battles after battle in the realms of this finite existence of ours.

Many a times I ponder over this three dimensional self that I am and then within me to find that I, like every other human being is somewhat free from this limited chain that confines us. By pointing the the 3 dimensional physical existence I am targetting the thoughts that we (tend to) develop, I think we exist a lot further than this. The Subselves are always reaching out, crossing one boundary after the other, showing us the frontiers that exist only because we have a very limited vision.

There is one me who dreams all the time, one me who thinks a lot, one me that always lies, the other that only speaks the truth, one me that is all sanity and the other completely insane. I am a free person, a very FREE SLAVE to be exact; a slave to the subselves that I am divided into.
